In 2000, she began working at Whirlow Hall Farm Trust and soon found her passion for organising events and networking with the local business community.
During her time here, she was responsible for organising the famous Whirlow Farm Fayre, Farmer's Markets, Christmas Market, London 10K Race Day, St Leger Race Day, Hallowe'en Ball, Spring Ball and selling of the Cards, Trees and Turkeys at Christmas, raising thousands for the charity.
In 2003, Lucinda took the opportunity to work at Sheffield Theatres as Development Manager. During her time there, she organised several weddings, some using the Lyceum stage, and also the first fundraising black tie gala evening for some time.
This was to launch the re-development fundraising campaign for the Crucible and was attended by the majority of the local businesses with special guests including Victoria Wood and Sir Derek Jacobi.
Lucinda's wide experience in event management and fundraising has taken her in many different directions giving her the valuable knowledge required to launch the business in 2005 and to provide each client with a personal and first class service.
